If you can use a phone, you can use the Service:

STEP 1: Call our toll-free number from any touchtone, portable or cellular phone.

STEP 2: At the prompt, key in your assigned pin number.

STEP 3: Follow the prompts.

STEP 4: Hang up—your work is done! The funds will be automatically transmitted to your checking account or debit card within 48 to 72 hours through the Federal Reserve ACH system. It’s that simple.
